“We parked our car into a very disorganised carpark during drop off and upon collection spotted damages to the car body which the company is denying all liability and responsibility.
Extremely disappointed with the customer service. We were repeat customers so will not be using this company again in future.”

“The site is tucked away and easy to miss. The surface is very poor and uneven, it had rained when we arrived and there were muddy puddles that had to be negotiated in the rain. On return, at night, we were told what area our car was in and had to negotiate a very dark, unlit and uneven parking area with heavy suitcases in search of it.”
“Very poor customer service. Despite adding a third traveller in my vehicle well in advance- was still charged £5 extra for airport shuttle on the day.
Adding on to that, upon our return, we were charged an extra days parking charge- even though our flight was delayed & clearly out of our control (a matter of minutes past midnight, meant another 24 hour charge).”
