“The location was good and directions worked perfectly, the bus ride was quick.
It would have been 5 stars but they left my car unlocked, luckily nothing was missing but I wasn't impressed by that!”

Didn't realise it drops you in coach park across the road from terminal.
The return pickup was a nightmare, so many people waiting, again not advised they pick up people who pay as they enter bus for Premier Inn & Holiday Inn ..when you have booked well in advance surely there should be some sort of consideration. Also we just managed to get on bus standing like so many others with luggage at our feet, bus was packed all trying to hold on, very dangerous I felt as we were all had no room. I am 70 and understandably not so steady on my feet. The people left at the bus stop were told next bus 25mins,!! 25 mins?? Sorry Maple NEVER again.”
“Not at al happy with the way you have to park car on arrival and the way that you pick your car up on return as they are parked parallel with minimum gap between your car and the next car leaving the car exposed t receive dinks from other car doors and suit cases from other people. other carparks leave you to park your car in a line one behind the other with ample gaps between them. Also when i picked up my car the passenger seat had been reclined back and squashed against the baby seat whicvh has left indentations in the seat back i only noticed this when i got home and will be persuing you for costs of the damage.”
