“I would recommend, process was quite easy and the price was relatively reasonable. However, the receptionist intially looked at my booking email and sent us away. We drove to another site and they sent me back. This wasted 20 minutes of our time. Fortunately, we had allowed plenty of time to make our flight.”

“I have no problem with the service I received from Maple staff, but I was just very disappointed with the condition of my car on pick up , my car was literally covered in dust , can only describe as being left in a sand storm, so much so I had the car cleaned on my way home, I wasn’t privy to where the car was actually being kept but the condition of the car park must come into question.
I haven’t encounted this issue with APH before and have previously parked at Gatwick and Stanstead , although previously APH used
Jet Parks at Stanstead. Suffice to say I will not use Maple again.
