“Unhelpful staff we were not allowed to use the toilet after a 4 hour journey and were told to wait at the bus stop outside late at night in the cold for at least 10 minutes the stop was at a dead end and the bus couldn't evan pull up to it so waited on the road we could see the bus parked up over the car park but still left out in the dark and cold in January. There was a bus at the meeting stand when we got back but had to wait 10 minutes before it left but if it hadn't been there we'd have been out in the cold with no shelter. The walk to and from the stand at Stansted not to bad on arrival but on return it's a longer walk outside overall found the staff ignorant and unhelpful and would not recommended or use them again”
“Good:
Cheapest and easiest location and transfer was less than 10 mins
Car checkin and checkout was straight forward
Bad:
Main entrance was not clearly displayed (it was dark)
Shelter/bus stop could be better, it was very windy and there is no indication when the bus would come”
