“Left the car in perfect condition for less than 3 days and upon collection had a huge nail on the side of my tyre - it was completely flat when I collected it. Escalated to staff who had no understanding about customer service and was met with aggressive and condescending attitude. Made a complaint to customer services and was met with the same attitude refusing to admit liability on their part saying they check the conditions of their parking facility and it’s in great condition when in reality it’s like a building construction site with pot holes in every bay. AVOID!!!”
