“Easy to book, clear instruction for arrival at park however not informed that there is no collection service by them after midnight and we need to rely on the airport bus for transport which offers a reduced service- on this occasion this placed an extra 45 minutes on our travel time which although not a total dealbreaker, was exasperating after our 1300 landing and not being back to my car until 1430. Having said that the bus pass was included by Maple, staff as always were polite, friendly and efficient and I will be booking again only will make sure I have earlier flights!

“We have always used APH at Gatwick and did not realise we were going to a different company at Stansted after booking through APH. On arrival we soon realised that our car would be moved onto ground which was very uneven and full of pot holes - we were not allowed to park the car ourselves. On arrival back to carpark, one member of staff very rude. We will not be using maple parking in the future.”
