“Really disappointed having used the service for many many years. Parking bay was ok, but having to no go directly to airport when running late and doing detour at Holiday Inn, to then twitch engine off and wait a further 10 mins for any other passengers. Collection experience was poor also when driver seen another couple and me waving at him just as he was closing doors, putting his had up - we waited a further20mins then grabbed a coffee and told I could not bring on bus. Biggest con was been charged a minimum of 4 days stay when I spent one night- so unless things change I will be taking my business elsewhere”
