“Maple parking service is absolutely fine but the coach transfer from the airport could be better! We had to wait quite a while for the coach, the coach was very chaotic and busy because it isn’t just for Maple Parking customers which wasn’t made very clear and people had to climb over luggage to exit the coach at their particular stop.”
“Generally the service was very good with prompt transfers and clear instructions but there were no toilets available. There were toilets there but we were told they weren’t for the public. We are not the public though - we are customers. Given how far people travel to the car park I think toilets should be available.”
