“Booking a space was a breeze and the thing that swung it for us was that there wasnt a £7 charge to the airport and £7 back, the bus runs ever 15-20 minutes so not long to wait and the journy was about 10 minutes from Maple Park and ride. Dropping car off was as simple as parking, handing your key in and away you go, on return you just went to bus bay 19 and 10 minutes later your in your car going home. Finding the carpark was not as difficult as past customers would have you believe, the sat nav took us straight there and just to be sure we followed the instructions in the email from them and found it straight away. All in all a really good service from Maple Park and ride.”

“The process was quite easy. No real fuss although I was disappointed to find that when I return to pick my car up it was cover in tree debris and sap.
If you are going to park cars underneath trees at least have the decency to give them a little wash before returning them to the customer.
It’s an expectation to receive your vehicle back in the state that it was dropped off in.
I had to spend money in the garage across the road to get it cleaned just so that I could see out of my rear screen.”

“Have used this service many times previously and has always been good. This visit very negative experience with the receptionist on Monday 1st Sept.
She had a very poor attitude. Booked for Maple Cars through APH and clearly listed number of passengers when we booked. She claimed there was 0 on her booking platform and was talking down to us before we even had a chance to show the booking to her. When we asked to be booked in and keys taken so we can proceed to wait for the bus to Stansted airport. She delayed us further by trying to get her manager. We missed the bus as a result which was annoying as it was every 20mins.
Like I said, previously very good but poor customer service at London Stansted. Communication skills required.”
“Recommended, felt the car was safe, liked the digital car scan before you park up so make sure its clean before you go. Friendly staff, buses were about every 15/20mins, always seats/space. Return to collect key was really quick.”
