“From the start to finish it was a super easy process. I felt that my keys were in a secure location and I left my car without any worries. My car must have been moved to under some trees because when I returned, it was covered in bird poo and had lots of acorns on the front window. However, when I asked the reception for some wipes and told them about it, the receptionist was very courteous and actually paid for my car to be washed at the car wash just around the corner. I wish I’d taken a note of his name now! That is proper customer service and I would 100% use this car park again.”
