“Nothing wrong with the parking as such but upon collection of my car, discovered my small push-top car bin and roll of mini bin bags had been taken from the drivers door. The two items equate to less than £10 in value but that’s not the point - someone working for Maple has taken them simply because they could. Raised this issue with the team at Maple Stansted. No apology given, told the items must have ‘fallen out’ (no way they could), and told to email head office to log my complaint. Will not be using them in the future.”
