“It is really efficient and a fast service and really good value for money. Never had any concerns and would recommend them. I have never ever had to wait more than five minutes for the bus even though it says every 20 mins.”
“It was a little difficult finding Maple parking as the sat nav was taking us to a different site but I rang and was given clear directions so that was fine.

“Good points: competitive price, quick service. Bad points: after travelling need bathroom - always unavailable as OOA - Used Maple more than once, but never nearby portaloo!
Bus service - need to keep ticket safe, bus often overcrowded & luggage not stacked correctly so falls over - no regulation there. Easier to get bus from nearby hotel than to wait for it at edge of carpark - at least there is shelter at the hotel. Path from car park to bus is in need of repair. Would we use again? Always say never again, but default back - enough said.”
