“The car park was easy to find and the staff were easy to deal with. The toilets were not the best for cleanliness and the toilet inside the cabin was out of order, so we had to use the portaloos outside, one of which was locked and presumably also out of order as it wasn’t being used. So we had to use the one available loo one after the other. The wait for the the bus was only about 10 minutes, but in minus six degrees it was more than a bit cold! We had nowhere to wait inside and the door from the office cabin was left partially open and the two members of staff we saw were both engaged in getting cars ready for returning customers.
But on the plus side the bus stop was next to the car park and the journey to the airport was only 5 minutes and on return we went back to bay 19 where we’d been dropped off and the bus was there as we were advised. Our car was nearby the cabin on our return and the handover of our keys was fine.
We booked on price and for the location of the car park and to be fair to Maple Parking it won’t always be minus six degrees when people drop off their cars, but the cabin and the toilets could be made more welcoming for their customers!”

We have a large Ford WAV but no blue badge, it's a much bigger car than the norm, and they confirmed that it was OK to be parked with them.”
“Park is close to airport, and access is easy. However, car park is dirty, there were no customer toilets and bus service is infrequent (at least on our visit). Probably not helped by minus 5 temperature whan we returned!”
