“Easy and straight forward access, clearly signposted, and pre-booking automation went without issue. Some of the parking bay lines need a paint refresh, but nothing to take away from a good experience.”

“I booked Red Zone parking but on arrival this car park was shut, a horizontal sign that had fallen advised to use Orange Zone parking. It was stressful and time consuming driving around along with all orange and red drivers trying to find a space. I ended up right at the exit in the end with a much longer walk than I’d planned. The car park advisor was so hard to understand but the subsequent what’s app messages (during my holiday) with APH were helpful when it came to leaving and the next car park advisor was also helpful and clear to hear/understand.”
“Wonderful location, close to departures as well as arrivals, easy path to get to the entrance with luggage or trolley. Wheelchair accessible. Easily parked, number plate recognises on way in and when leaving - no ticket was needed. The car was safe also. Easy and practical. Highly recommend.”
