“Directions weren’t overly easy to follow and we got confused by the various red signs as some were for the car park but then some were for something else and in the dark and fog it was confusing. Barrier also didn’t lift when we arrived and had to wait for help which was frustrating where in a rush! However, that said, our flight was delayed and although I’d been advised there was a six hour period of grace to take this into account, we ran past that and I was concerned we’d get charged additional fees however this wasn’t the case for which I was very grateful having just forked out nearly £300 to get home so I can’t complain about that at all. I also feel the price was good for the time we parked there and it’s great location wise for the terminal.”
