“When I arrived the barrier did not rise ,the machine gave me a ticket still it did not rise I pushed the intercom and another ticket came out then the barrier lifted,car park itself was good and a short walk into the airport,when I came to leave again the barrier did not rise and the screen said I owed £402 for parking even though I had prepaid, I pushed the intercom and the gentleman took my details and opened the barrier.
Not sure what was going on without the registration recognition but it clearly wasn't working as it should.”
