“Absolute nightmare - no sign posts for 'Premium', just Orange. Number plate not recognised - late for check-in as a result and had to pay an extra £300. Worried about getting out of the car park on our return - additional fees etc all weekend!
Only saving grace was lady on intercom who got us out fairly quickly!
Used this car park for the first time as had a disabled friend with us and thought it would be closer etc. Will not be using again!”

“Relatively large open car park maximum 5 minutes walk from the terminal. I purchased parking for 7 nights.
I believed from the instructions I was given that the entry barrier would open automatically due to ANPR being in use.
BUT YOU HAVE TO TAKE A TICKET even if pre-booked.
I did not have to insert the ticket on exit.
The car park looked pretty secure and my car did not look as if it had been interfered with in any way when I got back to it.
All in all I was happy with the parking experience.”
