“Pre paid ticket did not work on the way in or on the way out. Had to call for assistance on both occasions and waited for a while on the way out for an answer. Not the hassle free option I had hoped for”
“Convenient for staying a short time as only 10 minutes walk into terminal (maximum time taken). Sign posts could be better located for each area, as only seen from front not any sides.”
“Firstly for the blue car par I would suggest it longer than the 5-7 minutes advertised, especially parked towards the back with two large suitcases.
Unfortunately I made a mistake with my booking, and rather than correct/ adjust my booking,
I was charged an extortionate £65 for an overstay. When I had already had paid £111 for a week. Just a way of making money when genuine people make a genuine mistake. Very disappointing.”
“Very good service, much easier walking directly from the car ti the terminal and back again at the end of the flight. We pre paid, the carpark is number plate recognition so a very easy process. Would highly recommend”
