“The directions on the email were very straightforward, but the instruction on what to do at the barrier was not. It said to just drive up, so I did and nothing happened. I then collected a ticket, which meant on the exit it tried to charge me £248. The instruction for exit was “just drive to the barrier”.
Luckily the lady who assisted me on the speaker was very helpful, and validated my ticket against the booking.
Apart from that, car park was good, spaces were plenty big enough. Would use again”
