WORRINGLY though having prepaid and then picking up a ticket on entry to car park on exit the barrier's automatically open. This would mean that if your car was stolen in the car park it could be driven straight out without a ticket been required.”
“Easy to get to, clear instructions. It’s a multi storey car park. Within 10 mins to walk to airport along designated walkway. No issues, much easier than using meet & greet & faster too.”
“This was an awful experience. I arrived back on Friday Evening from Bari at approx 11.30pm. I collected my car & drove to the barrier which did not allow me to leave. I pressed the buzzer & spoke to Mark. He told me the booking ref F9QK5 expired on 19/5 at 1.00am I said I had recieved an ammendment which i had on my phone with a new expiry date of the 20/5 at 1.00am. He said he had never received that amendment from your Company. Even though I had evidence on my phone he would not lift the barrier. I had to pay £62 to get out of the car park. I had 2 other people with me who witnessed this.
I would like to be re imbursed for my £62 not to mention the stress caused by this situation.”
