“Found it very easy to find and park my car and there was an attendant on site to show me where to park and was only a five minute walk to cruise termina. Will use again”
“Excellent service provided. Arrived, parked and called the number provided. Transport despatched immediately with text messages informing of ETA vehicle make, number and name of driver. Same service on return. Company even called prior to trip to confirm booking and explained the collection procedure. I will certainly use this company again.”
“The parking appeared secure but I dropped my family at the port with luggage and drove to Triangle CP. There was only one person working there and he was dealing with others./ I said I was booked in and he told me to park where I wanted to. He was still dealing with the others but I was not offered the taxi service and I just walked out with out any further discussion. I felt it was not as professional as I have had in previous car parks in Southampton. No taxi was used for the return and I walked to the car park and picked the car up with out seeing anyone working there. Pretty poor really.”
“Finding and parking was ok, when I called the number on the booking form for a transfer to our ship I was told I had no booking and the reference number is not one they use.
I am a disabled passenger and had to walk to the shipping hall with 4 large suitcases.
I was not happy and would not recommend”
“Ideally situated for all of the cruise terminals. Would have scored 5 stars but the taxi transfer on our return caused some stress. Despite getting us all in on the way out, the car they sent for the return to the car park wasn't big enough so they sent another car. They demanded an additional £8 for this second car!!”
