“On arrival the car park barrier was fully open. I understood vehicle registration recognition only would allow entry. Both the car in front and myself were unable to raise any attendant remotely using the barrier phone. Very disappointing.
On leaving the car park after my holiday it took several minutes before the barrier lifted...after having tried again to raise an attendant by the barrier phone. I can only assume the vehicle registration recognition worked eventually as no response by phone. Very poor considering the cost to leave my car for three weeks.”

“I live in Ayr but even that close costs about £40 in total in taxis. I used car park 3 for convenience as recent return trips from abroad have meant a bit of a wait for taxis. I found the booking process and actual entry and exit a breeze. It's still a little expensive over taxis so if the daily rate came down a little I would use it all the time and up my rating to 5 stars.”
