“Car park is only a few minute walk from the airport.
My only issue is that even though I paid and selected the time up to midnight on the Wednesday. I was still charged £4 to exit the car park even tho I was leaving before midnight?!?!”
“Very unhappy customer, due to unforeseen circumstances I was unable to use the parking which I had paid for as my car broke down on the day we where due to travel to airport. I had to get a taxi, so I emailed the parking to see about refund and they didn't agree I was due a refund as it was within 48 hours notice, I was unhappy they were unable to even suggest a voucher so I could use the parking at another date? So I was not happy at all the the lack of people able to talk to someone and emailing them they didn't reply for days later.”
