“On our return we were not redirected to a lift to be granted to the walk over bridge that leads to car park 3 due to the fact the escalator was not operational. Lack of signage had us confused and frustrated on how to access the area. Left tired and confused why this had not been put in place ???”
“Arriving the barrier was up so just parked the car. Departing the barrier was down but wouldn’t lift as I approached. So much for registration recognition. Had to tailgate out. No one about to help”
“Car park 3 is a short walk to the main terminal, easy access via the walkover bridge at the train station. Despite our flight being delayed by 1 hour and us over running our booking the barrier was lifted to let us out. 5 stars from me.”
