“Reception excellent and understanding to wheelchair confined passenger. Assisted and arranged vehicle to be near the meet and greet building on return.
Return was late in the day, no,problem, vehicle was close to the building and had enough space to use the ramp to load the wheelchair.”
“Easy to use. Drive in, park car, hand keys over to reception; the staff do the rest. Two minute walk if that and you’re in the airport.
They gave me a lovely air freshener for the car which was a nice touch I thought.
Only issue we had was the postcode, it was sending us to some airport maintenance area. I would advise don’t use it, follow directions to the airport itself, the signposting is clear from there for the Meet & Greet.”
