“Because we knew where to go it was easy to navigate the car park (for the first time when we arrived we struggled to find the right place), let the car in the bay and we went to drop the key off. Staff were friendly and polite, they explained the process and gave us a ticket. On our return car was parked near by, keys were given to us within minutes and explained where our car was.
