“Our flights were cancelled twice and then a five hour delay on our third flight which we ended up having to take to Edinburgh instead of Newcastle. I arrived over 24 hours after I was due to collect my car originally and the staff were fantastic! Reassured me that it was fine and out of my control and had me on my way home (finally) immediately.”
“Very secure but certainly NOT 2 minutes from the airport entrance unless you are Usain Bolt. The entrance signs need to be far more prominent.

“Everything okay parking up, got a ticket & a disabled parking spot close to the walk way.
When we returned & tried to exit using the ticket we had a bill of £408!!! Luckily once we contacted the parking helpline it was sorted.”
