“Very smooth operation arriving and departing from Newcastle Short Stay Car Park 2. In the fortnight our car was at the car park we returned to discover our car battery had gone flat. The car park attendant told us not to worry and sent somebody with a charger to enable us to start the car. Full marks Newcastle!”
“Signage was not very good, once a parking space was found as to how to get to the terminal. My wife does not walk well and it was quite a distance to reach the terminal building where booked assistance was then available.”
