“Pre booked and left car for a week using my account on website.
On return collected car at 2am saturday morning and at barrier inserted ticket to be asked for £124 to exit.
Eventually had to go to office and spoke to operative, showed my email details for the booking and was then let out of the car park.
no idea what the problem was.”
“This has to be the easiest Airport Car Park that I have booked. The booking process was quick & easy, and on arrival the entrance/exit was operated by ANPR cameras, easy to find a space and a very short walk to the Terminal. On our return, it was a quick exit and on our way home.
My only gripe is that the prices since Covid have shot up and it is not as good value as it used to be.
That said, I would still recommend it for the convenience and ease of use.”
“We have always used this car park when flying from Newcastle. Easy to book online (always pre book) and hassle free when parking. Regular bus to take you to the terminal but we usually walk as not that far.
We are a family of 5 and have just come back from holiday on 11th July and stupidly forgot where we had parked. A lovely bus driver (didn't catch his name) saw myself and kids standing and offered to take me to the office at the entrance. Sean in the office was very helpful and found our car after checking cctv. Very grateful for their help and would definitely recommend this car park.”
