“Excellent experience all round, booking process was really easy and user friendly. The Carpark/compound was really good very surcure with plenty of space around my vehicle when parked. The bus service that is provided is excellent also.The bus drivers were helpful and friendly No stress or problems on our family adventures.
I would highly recommend this service/company to anyone and I will definitely will use this company again.

“Had a long waiting time for a bus to pick us up as we was 2nd stop and bus was full of people coming back from airport. On the way back waiting about 20 minutes”
“On both entering nd exiting the site we were unable to access via ANPR as it would not work and we waited for some time as intercom response slow.Despite being advised this would be rectified on our return it was not and we had to wait again to exit.
We were unable to find any information as to where the bus stops were located and had to rely on a very helpful fellow traveller to assist us.
We caught the free shuttle bus after only a few minutes wait and the driver was absolutely welcoming and helpful.
On our return we arrived at the busstop at the same time as the bus and travelled back to the carpark very quickly.
The service was generally good but better signage and an ANPR system that works would be beneficial.”
