“Entrance into the park at nighttime was stressful as the park is poorly lit. No attendants to direct to available parking spaces. Difficult to navigate. Buses to the airport were regular and drivers were friendly. Would not use the park again due to the lack of signage and how poorly lit it was without staff on site, other than the drivers.”
“It’s ok , the biggest issue we had was when we arrived it took 30 minutes to find a space, as it was a bit of a free for all finding somewhere to park”
“The frequency of the buses is poor. Waited approx 40 minutes in the cold for the shuttle bus on the way to the airport. One went past which was full, the next one was drop off only. The only positive is the drivers who are really helpful and polite.
Won’t use it again”
“Parking really good, problems moving booking were no issue, friendly call centre. Two gripes, one, lack of buses upon return and a big queue, two, rave music on the bus on the way back, for us it was 6am (LA time), I don't need that at 6am. I would book again though.”
“To pay nearly £100 for a week of parking in a car park that is mostly pot holes, gravel and dirt roads is a joke. When we arrived at the car park we initially had to drive around for almost 20 minutes to eventually find a car parking space. There were cars parked along the road, just abandoned on the side. The space we eventually found was on a gravel road, which is not ideal when you’ve got two large suitcases and a pram.
Would not likely use jet parks 3 again.”
“Convenient and easy to find.
Only issue we had was coming home in early hours... far too many people squeezed onto the bus meaning lots had to get off at each stop with luggage to let others off and then get back on again. Poor driver just couldn't stop people getting on. He said several times that another bus would be along in 10 minutes but no one was prepared to wait . They just kept pushing on.”
