“Difficult to navigate, We got off at the bus stop near the entrance as the driver only announced stop numbers, whereas we had noted the zone. Took ages trudging through puddles to find the car with wet cases. Then tried to follow exit signs but the turned out to be pedestrian exits. Lighting was poor generally a very difficult experience”

3 ringway buses picked up before jet parks 3 bus arrived at T2
Return Flight was delayed by 7 hours and further delays unloading passengers and staff so had to pay £15 at barrier to exit car park - no one answered help line despite repeated attempts”
“Unfortunately it took over 20 minutes to find a space at the car park. It would be useful to have more dynamic signage to direct you to the area where there were spaces. I’ll go back to parking with APH directly - they are definitely the best service.”
