Easy and straightforward entry into car park, plenty of spaces to park, bus stops close by, then didn’t have to wait long for a bus (driver very helpful and friendly). Dropped off right outside our terminal. Easy to find our bus stop on return, didn’t have to wait long for bus, exiting car park straightforward. Thank you”
“The carpark was not easy to find with A555 closed due to flooding. It was dark and snowing and no diversion signs. Entry and exit should have been automatic but on both occasions I had to call. Prompt response and gate opened. Buses to and from airport very good with helpful drivers. A555 open on return journey so very easy to get to M56.”
“location was good, bus turned up in a reasonable time frame both ways. Only grumble is the car park surface, was quite muddy and gravelly where we were parked and suitcase got filthy wheeling across to the bus stop. could do with resurfacing.”
