“Usually the pick up service is very good, however on our return we had to wait in excess of 20 minutes. The second Jetpark Ringways bus which passed us called the Jetpark 3 service who said he'd be there in 5 mins (more like 10 mins). When I questioned the driver, he said he'd been having a coffee a gap in buses longer than expected for passengers. Not good late at night when you want to get home. Disappointing from the usual very good service!”

Easy and straightforward entry into car park, plenty of spaces to park, bus stops close by, then didn’t have to wait long for a bus (driver very helpful and friendly). Dropped off right outside our terminal. Easy to find our bus stop on return, didn’t have to wait long for bus, exiting car park straightforward. Thank you”
