“Used Jetparks 3 many times without a problem. Unfortunately this time we drove around for ages looking for a space and eventually found one just as a bus was pulling up to a nearby station. We rushed to the bus and jumped on, as the bus pulled away, I looked back for the station number but couldn’t see pass the standing people on the bus but did see “Zone Y”. On return we sat on the bus driving around waiting for the “Y” numbers, there isn’t any. The driver was most unhelpful and just dropped us in the “V” numbers and didn’t explain anything. We eventually found our car but not a good experience.”

Bus was packed, lots of people stood which made it near impossible to get off, bus stops are called as numbers not the sections your parked in which added to the confusion and multiple people shouting up to driver to ask what car park sections they were near…
Got hit by a suitcase or 2 as people tried to exit the bus around those stood. Not a great end to a holiday. Very smooth arrival (after being let in because the barrier didn’t work) and bus to terminal was ok”
