“First time using jet parks 3. Difficult to find a parking space, needed to drive around looking for a space and then wait for someone to leave before parking which has never happened to me with any other airport car park ever.
Not the kind of stress you need when a plane to catch. The driver of the pick up bus was however very kind and waited for others who where not quite at the bus stop rather than driving on. Late return to the car park, it was very poorly lit and was hard to work out where the stop was. Generally didn’t feel 100% safe travelling on my own. Fun for pound was low for this parking.”
“Bus drivers very helpful. Pedestrian paths suitable for wheeling suitcases would make this car park better as not able to wheel on rocks. Carrying is difficult for us elderly people. Waiting for bus coming back took ages”
“The jetparks 3 carpark was very busy when we arrived to drop the car off. However we eventually found a few spaces right at the back of the carpark. However it was a bit stressful as it took us quite a long time and we were worrying about time. They could have done with a parking attended to help show where the available spaces were. Once parked the shuttle service was great and coming back on the bus to the car was also quick and easy.”
“Difficult to find parking, no indication as to where spaces were free which would make it a much more efficient process.
Had to wait over 30mins for a shuttle bus on our return. Shuttle bus on the way back was full, told to get off & get on another mid journey which was also full & not safe. Had to get off in car park miles away from car as bus was too full to keep letting people on & off.”
“Usually a good experience. Much better with the extra parking available. Terrain a bit rough in places for wheeling cases across. Bus stops are not in a logical order which always makes returning in the dark a bit stressful.”
