“Waited over an hour on our return journey for a bus to take us to jet parks 3. Only 2 buses came within the hour and they didn’t have enough space for the amount of people waiting. In the end we paid for a taxi to take us to the car park.”
“Struggled to find a parking space, 1st time this has happened, not usually a problem. Waited a long time for the bus on arrival back in UK and the driver was horrendous. She was a heavily tattooed lady with black hair and she was shouting at everyone as they got on the bus. She was particularly nasty to an elderly couple and she totally humiliated the elderly male. Several other passengers remarked on her comments to him. Totally unacceptable and has never happened with other drivers in the past. We then had a wait to leave the car park as the barriers weren’t working properly. Have used the car park on other occasions and not had any problems but not a good experience this time I’m afraid”

“It's a decent service however I am disappointed that despite being a repeat customer on this occasion I have had to reschedule a flight and even though I communicated well in advance I will be facing massive overstay charges”
“On arrival at the car park, I found a space by absolute luck after driving around for at least 10mins. Waited for a bus transfer for another 15 mins. At which is is another 20mins back to the airport. And then on return a very similar experience. Never again!
I noticed there were a number of adverts for vacant roles. Obviously this service is under resourced!”
