“Easy to get to the car park. Please an you get the bus drivers to announce the bus stop number as at night you can't see what the bus stop number is if you're not sat at window seat. This would be a big improvement to your service.”

“Struggled to find a parking space, 1st time this has happened, not usually a problem. Waited a long time for the bus on arrival back in UK and the driver was horrendous. She was a heavily tattooed lady with black hair and she was shouting at everyone as they got on the bus. She was particularly nasty to an elderly couple and she totally humiliated the elderly male. Several other passengers remarked on her comments to him. Totally unacceptable and has never happened with other drivers in the past. We then had a wait to leave the car park as the barriers weren’t working properly. Have used the car park on other occasions and not had any problems but not a good experience this time I’m afraid”
