“There needs to be more direction when arriving back at Manchester, so that customers know where the bus stop is for the car park. It was not signposted and we spent quite a few minutes walking from place to place to find it. A sign indicating bus stop B out of arrivals to the right, or these instructions in communication would make a big difference for people at the end of a long flight or with heavy baggage. Everything else was just great.”
“Easy to get to, plenty of spaces, immediate pick up by shuttle bus in both directions, helpful driver.
Unpaved areas are awkward to wheel a suitcase and there are puddles in wet weather.”
