“On return to our disabled parking place ( opposite bus stop 91 at the far end) we found our car blocked in by someone who parked immediately behind us in a none designated place. The car in front was in a designated disabled bay, we were parked behind it in a designated disabled bay and a car had parked immediately behind ours in NO DESIGNATED BAY AT ALL. How can this happen??? After you have paid for a parking space. Do you have daily patrols to check cars are parked within designated bays? And if not take appropriate action against the owner of the offending vehicle? Fine or removal off site. After a long series of manoeuvres we managed to get out but this is not what you are paying for. A reply to this concern would be welcome.”
