“When we arrived, we had to keep driving around looking for a space. The surface is hardcore and has large puddles, making it difficult to pull and suitcase and resulting in us having to carry them.
The bus was regular and the driver on the way out was extremely helpful and was friendly.
On return it was dark and was difficult to see where we were on the car park and to find our car.
It would have been better with tarmac surface, spaces marked out and maybe coded, which you could be provided on your booking, also lighting for night arrival.”
“Not sure if it was the time we arrived at Manchester (5pm flight) but this is the longest we’ve waited for a bus. Probably around 30 mins, hopefully rush hour caused this and others don’t experience. Took a while to find a spot, so give yourself ample time. However spacious parking found eventually.”
“The whole experience was smooth but we broke our wheel in the way back because of the stoney ground. With the amount of money being made in that car park, it should all be tarmaced. Advice to others: stay in the bus stop and one person finds the car and drives to that bus stop but then not great for single travelers with little ones.”
