“A straightforward process with the added simplicity of automatic plate registration of your vehicle. Drive in, park up, drive out. No paper ticket to scramble for at 3am when you return from your vacation. A ten minute courtesy bus journey is the only thing for a modest wait. Recommend.”
“Struggled to find a parking space on arrival-was looking for more than 15 mins. Waited for shuttle bus for 25 mins when we returned home, and when it did arrive, it was jam packed and we were lucky to squeeze on. If its that packed at 4.00am, they need to put more buses on. Won't be using again.”

Arrived circa 5am (dark) with entry bar code, machine wouldn’t read bar code, tried a few times couldn’t see the entry machine screen properly as no lighting working in machine or above. Spoke to attendant, who was a bit a abrupt, who once given ref no advised would open gate a to get token from below red triangle. Hard to see red triangle as not lit up eventually got token and entered. Not too many spaces, probably due to time of year August bank holiday
Bus drivers OK but does take some time from T1 to car park and if towards U area at least 1/2 hour. Just missed one bus and next circa 25 minutes later.
Improve lighting on and around the entrance and exit machines.”
