“Arrived in dark lighting poor, no clear instructions what to once in the carpark( helped by another customer) but nearest bus stop, down steps and across rough ground , not easy with suitcases. On return unclear wherewas pick up apparently it’s classed as on airport but of course you can only get to it by driving off airport, overall instructions very poor. Prefer sharston road APH where there are people who help with info, loading bags and generally more pleasant and takes no longer than the jetparks 3. Would not choose this if APH own carpark was/is available”
“Had to wait 40 minutes for the bus and it was full so had to wait another 30 minutes.Then the driver went past our bus stop.Used JetParks 3 before with no problems but this time was bad.”
“Easy to get to plenty of spaces to park buses come through every 15 minutes or so plemty of luggage space on the bus and the journey takes no more than 10 minutes to get to your terminal”
“Great secure car park but lack of shuttle buses on recent trip meant transfer to car park from terminal one took over 1 HR after leaving terminal. Also bus did not pick up only droped off due to demand”

Hard to find a parking space.

“The bus driver from JetParks3 to the airport was in a very bad mood and actually dangerous as he drove off before people were securely on, even their bags weren’t quite on the rack. Very poor customer service and doesn’t make for a good start to a holiday”
