“Found the car park ok
Spaces are a bit tight but it is one where you park yourself and can take your keys with you
I’m not a fan of other people parking my car and where it could end up whilst you’re away
Bus service was good driver even assisted lifting luggage in to the higher racking, not very good for health and safety!!

I would like to see areas with no tarmac near to steps being tarmaced as it’s better to move cases on tarmac than hard core”

“Shortage of signs to direct to correct one. Took about 30 mins of driving around to find a parking spot. Then helpful bus driver pointed out best place to park. Very good service from park to Terminal. Just need to provide better Information prior to arriving...”
“I was happy to be able to self-park and take my car keys with me, which gave me peace of mind of no car damage or added mileage surprises, and the convenience of knowing where I had parked. The car park is huge with lots of parking. Not sure about their policy, but when going, the driver was superb, and chatty and helped everyone with their bags on and off the bus, not so when coming back, the driver just sat behind the wheel and never helped anyone.”
