“Was very quick & efficient. We came home a day later than anticipated & was panicking it would cost us a fortune, we rang the customer service which in all honesty wasn’t the best getting hold of someone. After speaking to an advisor he said that it will be fine we will just have to pay the extra at the barrier. I asked how much, he said it differs so we were worried it would cost us an arm & a leg. It cost £15 which we were relieved with. Would definitely use again.”
“Directions on the confirmation email where spot on, buses are regular, lots of space for suitcases and drivers are lovely and friendly. Car park is fairly well lit and zones well signposted”
“It was easy to find off the motorway via satnav which we loved. The only downside was there was no parking attendants in the carparks so we could not ask anyone questions. Also it would helpful if there was a sign with how many parking spaces are available so you know where there is or isnt space as it took ages to find a spot.”
“Quite convenient, on entry the barriers did not open automatically as advertised and had to press the call for help button, seemed to be the case for all other cars. The car park seemed to be full took a while to find a free parking space. Had to wait a good 20 mins for a bus to arrive. On exit the same issue with the barriers failing to open, again had to call for help.”
