“Excellent car park wide spaces and regular bus, but on our return: 130am to T1. One small bus turns up and many many families have to cram in. You should monitor flight arrivals from our bookings and send more buses.”
“Good directions were provided so we found the car park easily and found a space without too much difficulty. When we returned at Terminal 1, we saw signs for off-airport parking so followed that to the left and waited at a bus stop with a list of car park providers with 'APH' at the top. However, this is not correct for JetParks 3 -instead, you need to turn right if you exit Terminal 1 and find a bus stop specifically for JetParks 3. This took up some time after a tiring flight. The bus driver was friendly and helpful.”
