“Bus drivers very helpful. APH should check irresponsible parking in prohibited areas. People blocked exits by parking in yellow hatched areas creating a cul de sac which meant we had to reverse out, and one car further along was parked on the T-junction!”
“First time at JetParks 3, unsure as to what to do on arrival, ended up asking one of the drivers if we just park the car and bring keys with us, unlike other off airport companies where you leave the key... Would be useful to have a sign or include in the booking (apologies if there is a sign or included in the booking but I did not see it).. On the bus to the airport and back from the airport a couple of people were on the wrong bus, (should have been on the Ringway bus) so better signage required maybe... Also bus was packed returning from the airport with passenger bags at the front and passengers at the back so took a while shuffling at each drop off/pick up point, maybe better logistics required.”
“A truly awful experience. We arrived on 18th June and were parked up at 4:30 in the morning and close to a stop. We wait, wait some more, more people join the queue and eventually a bus arrived at about 5:00. But they would only let people off the bus and refused to let anyone get on. At 5:10 a queue of 5 buses then proceeded to work its way through the carpark at which point it was a scramble for everyone to get on because the number of people now waiting.
Although the driver apologies for the appalling service, frankly it’s an added stress you don’t need before you catch a flight.”
“Was very convenient however on arriving I drove about for ages trying to find a space. I particularly needed one close to a bus stop as Im disabled - eventually got someone coming out but it was pretty stressful as there was noone about to offer any assistance or at least navigate to any areas that had potential spaces - bus driver on way out was great very helpful”
