“All was going well until our flight was cancelled in Bahrain for 24hr meaning we where 24hr late collecting our car from the car park the cost of the over stay was £61.40 I used the call button and spoke to the operator he informed me this was a standard charge for 24hr and I should press the receipt button after paying unfortunately the receipt did not print I have requested a receipt from jet park a was told I should contact the company I made the booking with who do I contact for a receipt”
“Site was easy to find. I had to drive around for a little while until I found a parking space. There was a little walk to the bus stop for the bus and this arrived after about 5 minutes. Driver helped with the cases. Took about 10 minutes to reach terminal 2.
The return bus stop outside arrivals was the same one that we were dropped at when we arrived. The bus was just arriving and the journey back to the car park was smooth.
Overall a very good service.”
“Plenty of parking spaces, specially on upper deck X5 and X6 from where it’s 2 min walk to bus stop T1 inside car park. Buses run every 15 mins to all airport terminals.”
“We use Jet Parks 3 every holiday. Never any problems. Always find a convenient space and have never waited for a bus either direction more than a couple of minutes. Cost works out far cheaper than a taxi.”
“Need more lighting at night to make it easier to find a parking space. Drivers could shout out the bus stops instead of everyone guessing. Not happy with driver of bus leaving us at bus stop at 2.30am, I was walking to stop and was at the back end of the bus and he drove off after dropping people off. He had seen us because he drove passed us, no consideration.”
