“Arrived early am - Bought new car one week before holiday, changed details on line and no problems entering car park. We have used Jet Parks a number of times and found the car park very safe and user friendly. Buses to airport terminal frequent and reliable. Will definately use again.”
“I had to keep driving and driving until I found a parking space. Returning on my own in the dark was not a pleasant experience. I got off the bus with my suitcase at the stop where I saw V13 which I had noted when I parked. I struggled with my case on the gravel track to find my car was not there. I wandered to investigate to find there are 2 V13 tracks with a road between. I was on the wrong section of the track so had to really struggle to walk along the first long section to cross the road and gain the correct area where my car was parked.
I have parked at different places at the airport before but will never use JetParks 3 again. Very dissatisfied.”
“The bus service to and from the terminals is good and the driver for both our trips was very pleasant. The car park itself is poor; too many potholes combined with zero off-road lighting made finding the scarce spaces very difficult. I recommend adding 20 minutes or more to your journey so you can find a space at your leisure.”
“It was easy to find. It took us around 10 mins to find a parking space that wasn't too bad really but I think it would be better if you cold give people a designated parking space then you don't have to keep jumping out the car to see if you can fit your car in the space, we didn't have to wait long for a bus a few that came past where already full but they come very close together, it's the second time I've used them and I will definitely use them again”
“Location. Cost. Shuttle service all great. Constructive feedback would be better and luminated bus stop signage with the shuttle bus driver calling out the stop numbers at night and which row numbers they serve. Finally very poor to none exit signs in the furthest part of the car park. Easily remedied. I’d definitely use again though”
