“We had to rebook and change our holiday last minute due to extreme weather in the US and APH were amazing about it and honoured our booking albeit we arrived 2 days late”
“This was really easy to use, only thing about my experience was that it didn’t recognise the car number plate when pulling up at the barrier to get up to the car park, this was sorted by pressing the button for customer service and they let me through the barrier. All in all it was very quick and easy to use and you didn’t have to worry about taking your car key and holiday with you and possibly losing it.”

Very quick to park and find reception area in T2.
On return just out and across from terminal 2 which was great as I had my Dad in a wheelchair so no stairs or lifts.

“All good apart from collection my ticket stated my car was in blue 6 looked all over eventually a staff member found it in blue 5 apart from that it was ok but I would ask that who ever parks the cars in the bays would make sure they are in the correct ones because after a long night flight having to search for your car is not what you want to do”
